All the tours sold on this website are organized by Anna’s Treks and Travels by Anna Vecelio del Monego: https://www.travelsandtreks.com/ (the "Tour Operator") and promoted by Bruno Pisani.

The following booking conditions define the basis of your contract with the Tour Operator. Please take the time to read and understand the Terms and Conditions set out below before booking a trip with us. We strongly recommend that you carefully read all information relevant to your trip on our website prior to booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary of the trip you are undertaking, level of comfort of the accommodation during the trip, and required level of fitness of the participants.

Tour operator’s liability insurance

In accordance with the Italian legislation, the Tour Operator maintains a valid civil liability insurance policy to guarantee the exact fulfillment of its obligations towards customers with the travel contract. This insurance complies with the Tourism Code (Codice della normativa statale in tema di ordinamento e mercato del turismo) and Legislative Decree No. 62 of 21/05/2018 in implementation of the European Directive EU 2015/2302.

Travel contract

Reservations are regulated by the present Terms and Conditions and by the following legislative acts:

Legislative Decree No. 111 of 17 March 1995 of the Italian Republic (Decreto Legislativo 17 marzo 1995, n. 111);
Directive 90/314/EEC of 13 June 1990 of the Council of the European Communities (ECC) on package travel, package holidays and package tours;
Law No. 1084 of 27 December 27 1977 of the Italian Republic (Legge 27 dicembre 1977, n. 1084).

Reservations

Reservations are managed directly by the Tour Operator.

To request details about a hiking tour, availability of the tour accommodation and other relevant information, hikewithbruno.com can be contacted by using one of the contact forms on the website.

hikewithbruno.com staff responds to inquiries received via the website and to emails within two business days.

To proceed with the reservation of a hiking tour, the lead customer must complete the trip registration form. It can be completed online by using the link provided by Anna’s Treks and Travels - Anna Vecelio del Monego via email after a hikewithbruno.com staff member confirms the receipt of the trip registration form within one business day and puts him in contact with the Tour Operator.

Reservations are subject to availability.

The Tour Operator sends a confirmation email to the lead customer as soon as the services required for the hiking tour have been reserved. The confirmation email includes the trip schedule, details on the accommodation, transportation and other provided services, price of the hiking tour, amount of the deposit and its due date. A reservation is considered confirmed after a downpayment of the deposit.

Information provided by the customers

The lead customer must provide the Tour Operator with the information required for the reservation by using the online trip registration form. The provided information must be accurate and trustworthy. The necessary details are the name, date of birth and mobile phone number of each member of the group traveling with the lead customer. Additionally, individual preferences, such as dietary requirements and preferred type of accommodation, can be communicated via the trip registration form.

Prices

Prices of the hiking tours are quoted in Euros (€) on the website Hikewithbruno.com and in the communication. The period of validity of the prices and the list of included services are displayed on the website for each tour individually.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available:

Payment schedule

The Tour Operator confirms reservations for the guided trips after receiving a deposit of 20% of the total price. The balance payment is due 30 days before the trip. If the balance payment has not been received within the due date, MONT Trekking reserves the right to cancel the reservations and retain the deposit.

Reservations with an arrival date of less than 30 days will be confirmed after full payment of the tour price has been received.

Cancellation

The following fees apply to cancellation of a reservation on a group tour depending on the time we receive your written notice:

Up to 28 days before start date: deposit only;
27-14 days before start date: 30%;
13-8 days before start date: 50%;
7-4 days before start date: 70%;
3 days before start date or “no-show”: 90%;
Trip already underway: 100%.

Refund is not provided to anybody who is not able to use the services included in the trip package in part or in full due to not showing up or inappropriate/expired travel documents.

Refunds for the services reserved but not used during the hiking tour are not provided.
